Just when you thought there couldn’t possibly be any more zombie games a new one comes along. Now don’t be thinking that this is the awesome Telltale game that’s being currently released in episodes on XBox, PS3 and steam, this is a new first person shooter Walking dead game that has been announced by Activision.

The main characters in the Walking Dead Daryl and Merle Dixon, who many will recognise as the brothers from the TV show. Really excited to see these guys in the game, as they are 2 of my favourite characters.

In the game we will play as Daryl and will have to decide whether to use fight or stealth to stay alive and get through the evil, ass eating zombie hordes, sneaky sneaky. Activision have said “No place is truly safe for Daryl as he makes his way through the Georgia countryside in this new, post-apocalyptic world.” So we can expect zombies anywhere and everywhere, cant wait to crossbow those flesh eaters.

Food and other supplies in the game, will be hard to come by and Daryl will have to live by his wits, trying to find weapons and food, meeting people along the way who can either help or hinder him and we can decide whether those people accompany us on Daryl’s journey, decisions decisions…

I am so damn excited for this game as I am a huge fan of the Walking Dead, we have a little while to wait for it yet though as its due to be released on XBox, PS3 and PC in 2013 If you to cant wait to kick some zombie ass, gimme a hell yeah.
